Hi, I’m Julie Whitbeck-Lewinski!
My background experience as an Occupational Therapist and business owner is diverse encompassing early intervention, aquatic therapy, hippotherapy, autism support, acute care, outpatient, school-based, multiple disabilities, private practice, mental health, geropsych, non-profit, leadership, for-profit start-up, life coaching, business coaching and consultation, inspirational speaking and beyond.
I have specialized in the past in Integrative Rehab blending OT with yoga and other CAMs. I have produced three videos and published manuals on this topic. I have presented courses on this and other topics for national companies and professional organizations. I embrace Mindful Leadership and Cultures of Appreciation.
I have been an occupational therapist since 2001, however I completed my doctorate studies in occupational therapy in 2014 with a focus on the effects of stress management programming with college students. I have obtained professional certificates in Change Management and Executive Leadership. I am a registered yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist with over 20 years of practice and teaching. I hold certificates in Quantum Touch, hypnosis, and NPI.
I am a proud mother of two young children. This by far is my greatest challenge yet my greatest reward in life.
